Zubair is a senior business leader, board advisor and investor with more than four decades of international experience across the Middle East, North America and Asia. He has held senior leadership roles in major multinational organisations, including Toyota and Nissan, and has extensive experience in business transformation, organizational development, strategy and corporate growth.
Having spent many years working in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC, Zubair brings a deep understanding of the region’s business environment, leadership culture and organizational challenges.
Throughout his career, he has maintained a particular interest in employee engagement, organizational culture and leadership effectiveness, including extensive experience working with employee-engagement methodologies such as Gallup Q12.
At CIB, Zubair works with senior leaders and organizations across the GCC to identify organizational and people-performance challenges and connect these needs with CIB’s specialist expertise and solutions.
