His background in the Royal Navy and Royal Marines instilled a disciplined, accountable and operationally focused approach, and he is experienced in building trusted relationships with owners, partners and senior decision-makers.
Tom provides commercially informed insight into leadership capability, compensation, talent availability, employee engagement and the workforce implications of mergers and acquisitions.
He is also highly skilled in implementing AI tools, technology platforms and automated workflows, understanding how technology, people and processes need to work together to create scalable and efficient organisations.
As a consultant to CIB Global’s M&A Advisory Board, Tom supports the assessment of acquisition opportunities from a talent, workforce, technology and operational perspective. His focus includes identifying key-person risk, understanding team capability, evaluating systems and workflows, considering integration challenges, and helping leaders plan for the people and infrastructure required to deliver future growth.
