Sorrel Pindar is a trauma-informed Well-Being & Relationship Coach with over 22 years of experience working in the well-being field. She now focuses on supporting clients who are struggling with challenges in their relationships.
Using her signature HeartBridge programme, Sorrel enables her clients to transform their psychological and physical well-being by linking relationship difficulties back to childhood trauma and changing mindsets and patterns of behaviour which are disrupting their relationships.
Sorrel has extensive experience of working with people suffering from chronic illness and mental health challenges, previously as an osteopath and now as a coach. She provides one-to-one and couples coaching to help her clients achieve emotional well-being and resolve conflicts in their relationships.
Having herself spent seven years in boarding school, Sorrel specialises in working with boarding school ‘survivors’ who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships and communication in adult life.
Her approach is also informed by her experience in local government and of the expatriate life, giving her an in-depth understanding of the interface between corporate and family life. Sorrel’s commitment to her clients’ growth and resilience positions her as a vital partner in their personal and professional journeys.
