Steve has led large-scale transformation programmes, national operational organisations and complex change initiatives involving government, regulators, international partners and frontline delivery teams. He understands how organisations create value, manage uncertainty and maintain confidence among customers, staff and stakeholders during periods of growth and change.
Today, Steve advises organisations across the security, justice, public service and regulated sectors on governance, organisational development, operational assurance, leadership capability and strategic risk. He also supports international clients on organisational reform, border management and operating model development. Steve also holds an independent appointment with a UK professional standards organisation, contributing to the oversight of disciplinary and professional conduct proceedings, and advises an international organisation on security, risk and compliance matters.
